When registering you must provide your real name, a valid email address, your date of birth and a mobile number you have genuine access to. You must not use another person's identity or contact information during registration. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. pak111 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.
pak111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly prior to processing withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All transactions on pak111 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion at any stage — your deposit, your balance, your winnings and your withdrawal are all handled in PKR throughout.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

pak111 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on our end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside of pak111's control and we are not responsible for third-party payment provider charges.

pak111's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated through real-money gameplay across all game categories. The number of VIP points earned per PKR wagered varies by game category and is displayed in your account dashboard.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the minimum wagering activity required for your tier within the review period will result in tier downgrade. pak111 will notify affected players before a downgrade takes effect. VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the pak111 platform.
pak111 reserves the right to amend VIP programme terms, tier thresholds and benefits at any time. Where changes are made that affect existing tier members, reasonable notice will be provided.

Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violation has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact pak111 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
pak111 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform runs reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside of our control may affect platform availability.

pak111's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the deposit or bet directly involved in that incident. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
